RuneScape, holla!

OK, so I don’t know anything about RuneScape, except that everyone in Teen Tech Zone here at ICPL is talking about it all the time.  Today some kid was calling his friend a “noob” and they were getting haircuts. . . in RuneScape.

So, I guess what I’m trying to say is that obviously RuneScape is awesome.  These are some fun facts I learned while checking out Wikipedia:

  • RuneScape is the biggest free MMORPG.  Yeah, I didn’t know what that meant either:  “Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game.”
  • You can kill monsters, talk to chickens and goblins, or just hang out (and get haircuts).
  • You can grow potatoes and marigolds, and you can even compost.
  • RuneScape gives away virtual party hats and santa hats around the holidays.

Yep, that pretty much exhausts my extensive knowledge of RuneScape.  You can play by clicking here, or you can come in to Teen Tech Zone at ICPL on Thursdays from 3-5 and go get RuneScape haircuts with these other guys.

  3. santa hats are the rarest item in the game of runescape then party hats but u get these when you break a cracker with another person (one of you gets a p hat and 1 gets junk) godswords can be made buy forging the 3 peices together with a hilt.

  7. Santa hats are not rare at all there not even expensive… and godswords are definately not rare everyone has one.. the rarest and most expensive item is the christmas cracker, i know my stuff about runescape..
